Information you choose to provide
Forms request contact information such as your name and email address, an optional phone number, your inquiry or project requirements, and the service you need. Where a Project Files field is provided, you can attach design and purchasing information such as Gerber files, a BOM, placement data and drawings. Include only the information needed for the inquiry.
Purpose of a project inquiry
Your contact details allow the project team to respond. The requirements and files support quotation preparation, technical questions and order support. Sending an inquiry is not a production release or acceptance of an engineering change.
Project files and confidential information
Before sending restricted or confidential design information, contact the project team to agree any required NDA, authorized recipients and an appropriate transfer method. A reference to an NDA on a web page does not itself establish an agreement. Do not include passwords, access credentials or unrelated personal information in project attachments.
Retention, access and deletion requests
Ask the project team about the retention and access arrangements relevant to your inquiry or order before sending information that needs special handling. To request a correction, access information or deletion review, use the Contact page and identify the inquiry or order concerned. Avoid resending sensitive attachments merely to identify the request. The applicable handling requirements and any order-record obligations should be clarified with the team.

Form validation, spam protection and file-upload controls are part of the inquiry interface. External technical references and services linked from this site have their own privacy practices; review those before providing information to an external service.
