Wire harnesses built to your electrical map and installed shape

A wire harness organizes multiple connections into a physical assembly. A correct wire list still needs branch geometry, connector orientation and protection details to fit the equipment it serves.

GlobalWellPCB reviews harness manufacture and product integration together. Send the network and routing requirements so terminations, supports, labels and checks are part of the same approved build.

Electrical and physical files connected

Keep the wire list consistent with the routing drawing.

Every branch identifiable

Define connector, breakout and label references.

Installation requirements captured

Specify length datums, service loops and fastening.

Repeat orders follow one baseline

Approve drawings, materials and test fixtures together.

Choose the scope

Choose the work your order needs

Multi-branch equipment harnesses

Specify each breakout, connector and connection for equipment wiring. Include installation datums and service access requirements.

Panel and enclosure wiring

Coordinate harness routing with mounting, controls and PCB interfaces. Identify tie points, clearance and assembly sequence.

Protected or identified harnesses

Add the specified sleeving, shielding, strain relief and labels. Define materials and the environmental or maintenance needs behind them.

Your order from start to finish

How the project moves forward

  1. 01

    Provide wire list and routing

Send connectors, contacts, wire data, branches and installation views.

  2. 02

    Review materials and terminations

Resolve splices, protection, orientation and manufacturing access.

  3. 03

    Approve the build definition

Confirm the harness drawing, sample or board and the test plan.

  4. 04

    Assemble, identify and check

Build to the approved routing and release with agreed connection checks and labels.

Compare the complete order

What shapes your quotation

A useful quotation describes the complete deliverable and its supply responsibilities. Include these items in the review so you can compare like-for-like scope.

  • Wire and contact count, connector types and number of branches.
  • Splices, shielding, sleeving, labels and routing complexity.
  • Build fixtures, sample reviews, test adapters and acceptance records.

The delivery plan follows file readiness, approved materials and the requested operations. Share your target date and any items already available to help review the schedule.

Answers before you order

Frequently asked questions

How is a harness different from a cable assembly?

A harness normally organizes several wires or branches with specified routing and breakouts. A cable assembly is often a more direct interconnect; the drawing defines the exact product in either case.

What files do I need beyond the wire list?

Provide the routing drawing, connector views, branch dimensions, wire and terminal BOM, protection materials and acceptance requirements.

Can I provide a harness sample?

Yes. Include drawings and part identification so the sample can be reviewed against a repeatable definition rather than used as the only specification.

Can it be installed in the final enclosure?

Request harness manufacture and box build together. Supply mounting, routing, service-loop and final-unit test instructions.
