About GlobalWellPCBMore than
manufacturing.
With you all the way.
PCB and PCBA expertise, practical technical support and a dedicated project team—from your first design decisions to the product in your customer’s hands, and beyond.

A manufacturing partner.
A technical team on your side.
GlobalWellPCB brings PCB fabrication, component sourcing and assembly together with the technical attention your product needs.
We believe manufacturing should never be separated from the thinking behind it. Understanding your application, reviewing the design and clarifying production requirements are part of helping your product move forward.
That is why our service is built around a dedicated project relationship. We connect your team with the people responsible for engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and delivery—and keep that conversation going after shipment.
Meet the way we work- Our focus
- PCB fabrication, PCB assembly, component sourcing and technical project support.
- Our role
- A manufacturing partner who understands the design intent and follows the details through production.
- Our approach
- One-to-one coordination, cross-functional teamwork and clear customer approvals.
- Our commitment
- Support from design and prototyping through production, customer delivery and post-launch feedback.
One dedicated contact.
A whole project team behind them.
You should not have to repeat your requirements at every stage. Your project lead keeps the people, decisions and next steps connected.
One-to-one does not mean one person does everything. It means someone takes responsibility for bringing the right people together.
Your dedicated project lead
Coordinates requirements, tracks milestones, follows open questions and keeps you informed—from the first discussion through delivery and follow-up.
Engineering & technical support
Design questions, manufacturability, materials, assembly readiness and technical issue review.
Sourcing & production planning
BOM coordination, availability, approved alternatives and the agreed build schedule.
Manufacturing & quality
Build requirements, inspection planning, project progress and deviation follow-up.
Delivery & after-sales coordination
Handover requirements, shipment follow-up and post-delivery technical feedback.
From the first design decision
to your customer’s hands.
Our role evolves with your project. The relationship stays consistent.
Start with the product, not just the order.
We discuss what your product needs to do, how it will be used and what must be ready for production. Engineering support connects the design intent with practical fabrication, assembly and test requirements.
- Application, target market and project priorities
- Design-file, material, stackup and BOM review
- Manufacturability, assembly and test-access questions
Use the first build to answer the right questions.
Your project lead coordinates the prototype build and brings engineering feedback back to your team. Evaluation results help define the changes and approvals needed before the next build.
- Prototype configuration and revision control
- Agreed inspection, programming and test requirements
- Build feedback and customer evaluation follow-up
Align the design, the supply plan and the schedule.
We review material and component availability alongside the production plan. Options are discussed with your team so purchasing decisions do not silently change the approved product.
- Approved manufacturer part numbers and sourcing scope
- Material or component alternatives for your review
- Quantity, build sequence and delivery priorities
Keep technical decisions connected to the build.
PCB fabrication, assembly and the agreed inspection activities are coordinated against the approved files. Your project contact follows progress and brings questions or deviations to the right people.
- Approved drawings, files and assembly requirements
- Manufacturing progress and project status updates
- Inspection, testing and deviation follow-up
Plan the handover as carefully as the build.
We coordinate the agreed final assembly, packaging, labeling, documentation and delivery arrangements. The handover connects what was built with what your team needs to receive and use.
- Box build, programming or product completion where included
- Agreed packaging, labeling and shipment documentation
- Delivery coordination and receipt follow-up
Stay connected after the product reaches the market.
Our project team remains your technical point of contact for post-delivery questions. We help bring field feedback into troubleshooting, corrective-action discussions and planning for the next build.
- Product and manufacturing documentation support
- Technical issue escalation and feedback follow-through
- Revision review, repeat orders and supply planning
These stages describe the support journey, not a rigid production sequence. Sourcing, engineering and testing may overlap. Services and deliverables are agreed for each project.
Support does not stop
when the shipment leaves.
A delivery is a milestone—not the end of the product journey. We stay connected as your product reaches the market.
Technical readiness for launch
Coordinate the agreed product information, manufacturing records, packaging and delivery details that your team needs for a controlled handover.
A clear route for technical issues
Bring application questions and field feedback to a familiar project contact, who helps coordinate technical review and the agreed next steps.
Continuity for the next build
Use production and customer feedback to review revisions, discuss component changes and prepare repeat orders with the project history in view.
Market-stage support means technical, manufacturing and after-sales coordination within the agreed scope. Regulatory approvals, marketing services, warranty coverage and commercial outcomes are not automatically included.
Better products begin
with better collaboration.
Our mission
Make the journey from design to delivered product more manageable through manufacturing expertise, practical technical support and attentive project service.
Our vision
Be the partner customers trust not only to build their products, but to stay involved as those products develop, reach the market and improve.
Engineering before assumptions
Understand the application and ask the technical questions before turning a requirement into a production commitment.
Ownership, not hand-offs
Keep a clear owner for project communication, open issues and the next agreed action.
Clarity before commitments
Explain options, flag limitations and confirm changes with the customer rather than leaving important details implied.
Long-term collaboration
Carry knowledge from the current build into feedback, improvements and the next stage of the product’s life.
We care about more than the board leaving our production process. We care about the product reaching—and working for—your customer.
Clear requirements.
Defined checks.
Documented decisions.
Quality starts with a shared understanding of what the product needs to meet. We bring acceptance requirements, inspection planning and technical decisions into the project discussion—not just the final shipment review.
Before the build: define what matters
Clarify the file revision, materials, approved components, manufacturing requirements and acceptance criteria.
During the build: follow the agreed plan
Coordinate the specified inspections and tests, maintain the relevant records and bring deviations forward for review.
Before release: close the open questions
Review the agreed results, confirm handover documents and address outstanding issues through the project team.
Certifications &
supporting documentation
Ask your project lead for documentation relevant to the actual manufacturing site and order scope. Applicable certificates, inspection records and test reports should be confirmed during project review.
The people and processes
behind your project.
Engineering, production, inspection and delivery preparation all have a place in the story of your product.
Production & process coordinationConnecting approved project requirements with the production workflow.

A few questions
before we begin.
Understand how the project relationship works and what to discuss with your dedicated contact.
Do you only manufacture PCBs and assemble boards?
No. GlobalWellPCB combines PCB and PCBA supply with technical project support. We can work with your team on design questions, manufacturing readiness, sourcing, production coordination and post-delivery feedback. The exact engineering and product-completion services are defined for your project.
Who will follow my project from start to finish?
A dedicated project contact coordinates your requirements, milestones and open issues. That person brings in the relevant engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, quality and delivery specialists, so you do not need to manage every internal handover yourself.
Can I talk to you before my design is finished?
Yes. Share your product goals and the information already available. We can discuss the questions that need resolving before a manufacturing quotation or build release. Detailed design work, deliverables and responsibilities are agreed separately as part of the project scope.
What does support through market launch include?
It means technical and manufacturing follow-through: agreed documentation, delivery coordination, troubleshooting discussions, field-feedback review and planning for product revisions or repeat orders. It is not a promise of advertising services, market access, regulatory approval or sales performance.
Are all tests, certifications and after-sales services included?
No. Inspection methods, functional testing, fixtures, acceptance criteria, supplied documents and after-sales arrangements depend on the agreed scope. Confirm any required certificate against its legal entity, manufacturing site, scope and validity. Repair, replacement and warranty terms are agreed in the quotation or contract.
How do I begin, and how should I share confidential files?
Tell us your application, current development stage, expected quantity and main technical or delivery priorities. Prepare the available design files and BOM, but agree any NDA and file-transfer arrangements before sharing sensitive information. Your project lead will help clarify the next steps.
